OCR: Adding Students to Room Pull down the "File menu and select 'New Chart You will be prompted to choose a previously prepared room. Then you will be asked choose roster source You may import rosters from Gradebooks Text Files Quick Rosters Students may be addedRandomly or Alphabetically If there are more kids than seats the extras are placed in the upper left corner of the chart from where you may drag them exchangestudents drag one student over another and release the mouse. The two kids will be switched rearrange your chart, go "Edit and chooseRandomize or Alphabetize To edit add or delete student's name click to highlight the student and do it in the 'Edit menu
